Taller de lámparas “Transfodesign” en Hangar – Impartido por Imanol Ossa y Nada Tozija Uzal

El objetivo del taller es transformar los materiales de desecho que los participantes encuentren en su casa, en la calle ó en las industrias, en objetos iluminados. La materia prima en esta sociedad industrializada ya es tan compleja, como es la sociedad, por eso en este taller trabajaremos con elementos que ya han sido producidos, utilizados y rechazados, y les daremos otra vida. Al trabajar con estos tipos de materiales, que tienen un valor de memoria y evocan a un pasado, crea posibilidades de crear una nueva función, bien sea artística, estética o meramente funcional

19:00 – 20:00 Presentación del concepto de diseño con reciclaje y “transfodesign”. Nada Tozija Uzal
20:15 – 21:30 Presentación de diseños realizados con el concepto del taller y técnicas de manipulación de los materiales. Imanol Ossa
Miércoles 17
19:00 – 20:00 Brainstorming en grupo y presentación de los materiales y proyectos por parte de los participantes
20:15 – 21:30 Inicio del desarrollo de los diseños. Trabajo individual
Lunes 22
19:00 – 21:30 Trabajo individual desarrollo de proyecto
Miércoles 24
19:00 – 21:30 Acabados en el trabajo y presentación de los trabajos
Presentación pública- día a elegir

Materiales: Cada participante debe traer el material con el que desarrollar el proyecto.
Las herramientas a utilizar están incluidas en el precio del curso.

Plazas: 15 personas máximo. (Mínimo 5 personas para realizar el taller)

Workshop on lamps “Transfodesign” at Hangar – Given by Imanol Ossa and Nada Tozija Uzal

The objective of the workshop is to transform the waste materials that the participants find in their house, on the street or in the industries, into light objects. The raw material of this industrialized society is already so complex, like the society itself, that in this workshop we have decided to treat elements that have already been produced, used and rejected, thus giving them a new life. By working with such materials that already have a memory value and evoke the past, we create the possibilities to give them a new function, regardless if it is artistic, esthetic or simply functional.

Dates: 15, 17, 22 y 24 March 2010 (Monday and Wednesday)

19:00 – 20:00 Presentation of the concept of design with recycling and “transfodesign”. Nada Tozija Uzal
20:15 – 21:30 Presentation of executed designs within the workshops concept and techniques of material manipulation. Imanol Ossa
Wednesday 17th
19:00 – 20:00 Group brainstorming, presentation of the materials and the ideas by the participants
20:15 – 21:30 Beginning of the design development. Individual work
Monday 22nd
19:00 – 21:30 Individual work, project development
Wednesday 24th
19:00 – 21:30 Final finishes of the work and their presentation
Public presentation- to be announced

Materials: Each participant should bring materials for the design of the object.
The tools are included in the price of the workshop.

Place limit: 15 persons maximum. (5 persons minimum in order to have the workshop)
